Summary:
Reporting to the Sales Support Supervisor in the Sales Operations department, the Sales Support Specialist will use your organizational and multi-tasking skills to support the overall sales process, servicing DM’s resellers and dealers.
Responsibilities include:
· Supporting the sales team by carrying out customer service and other transactions quickly and effectively.
· Providing the most positive customer experience in the industry and utilizing cross-selling and up selling when possible to drive gross profit.
· Delivering rapid problem resolutions and thorough follow up to dealers.
· A critical team member involved in building market share.
· A technology-driven position, utilizing phone systems and computer systems to conduct business.
· Develop strong, positive relationships with internal teams and business partners
Requirements:
· 2 years of Customer Service experience
· Intense multi-tasking talent
· Committed problem solver and expert communicator
· Strong prioritization and organization skills
· Dynamic computer skills (intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications)
· Passionate about positive customer experience balanced with business needs
