Warehouse, Restock & Transfer Driver

Distribuidora Hara is a busy, high-volume restaurant supply and wholesale distribution business in McAllen. We sell everything from bulk Mexican dried goods and spices to heavy cases of beverages and large bundles of styrofoam containers.

This is not a slow-paced retail job. This role requires constant hustle, physical stamina, and a strong sense of urgency. Our team is constantly on the move, picking and staging orders, and moving inventory between our main storefront and our warehouse at the Produce Terminal.

If you walk slow, get tired easily, or prefer a stationary job, this is not the right fit for you. We have a great team with a positive attitude, but the physical output required here is high.

What You Will Do:

• Consistently lift, stack, and carry heavy or bulky items (bulk spices, beverage cases, large styrofoam sleeves).
• Execute our intensive twice-a-week (Tuesday & Thursday) inventory restocking runs.
• Load and unload inventory from our electric cargo vans quickly and efficiently.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.

What We Are Looking For:

• High Physical Energy
• Hustle & Drive: You don't need to be micromanaged to walk fast and get things done quickly.
• Reliability: You show up on time and ready to work hard.

Compensation & Perks:

• Starting Pay: $13.00 / hour (with room for planned raises based on performance)
• Schedule: Predictable hours (we aim to cap schedules around 35-36 hours/week) but on some weeks some overtime will be possible.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34.0 – 40.0 per week
