Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping and mopping to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, lobbies, offices, and other designated areas by sanitizing surfaces, emptying trash and restocking supplies.
- Operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums and other janitorial equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow established cleaning protocols for environmental services to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and environmental sustainability practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial services with a focus on commercial cleaning environments.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Familiarity with environmental service procedures and safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.
- Prior experience in environmental services or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
