A family-owned and operated swimming pool company for over thirty years is looking to invite new or experienced candidates to join our team. We seek mechanically inclined, responsible, energetic individuals who like to work outdoors. They must be able to work independently as well as with other co-workers. The position is a Monday through Saturday position although some Saturdays may be offered to be taken off in mid to end of summer depending on workload or a Wednesday through Friday position . Pay rate contingent on years in the industry, knowledge and work experience. The company provides internal training programs and support along with state licensing assistance for those candidates who wish to pursue a career in the swimming pool industry.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Skim, brush and vacuum swimming pools
- Test and balance pool chemistry
- Clean pump, skimmer baskets as well as filter media
- Test fire pool heaters
- Assisting with pool openings, pool closings
- Assisting with heater repairs, filter repairs, pump repairs
- Assisting with light repairs or installs
- Assist with pool draining and acid washing
- Assist with equipment installations
- Assist with automation work
- Assist with leak detection
This position is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms, use their hands, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and talk/hear. This position also occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds independently and is required to be able to see, adjust focus, and possess depth perception.
The work environment for this position is primarily outside where conditions may frequently be wet, humid, hot, or cold.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
