Mira Vie at Montville is seeking a polished, dynamic, and relationship-driven Executive Director to lead our luxury assisted living and memory care community. This is a high-visibility leadership role for an experienced operator who thrives on cultivating exceptional resident experiences, building strong teams, and partnering closely with senior leadership.

What You'll Do:
- Lead daily operations with a focus on hospitality, quality outcomes, and family satisfaction
- Build a high-performing team through engagement, coaching, and accountability
- Partner with your Health & Wellness and Sales leaders to maintain occupancy and clinical excellence
- Foster a culture rooted in warmth, dignity, and exceptional service
- Ensure compliance with NJ DOH regulations in a proactive, organized manner
- Represent Mira Vie in the community as a confident and polished brand ambassador
What We're Looking For:
- Proven successful experience as an Executive Director/Assisted Living Administrator
- Strong presence, communication skills, and professionalism
- Proven leadership success in assisted living, memory care, senior living, hospitality, home care, or healthcare administration
- A proactive, team-focused approach and a passion for serving seniors
- Deep understanding of NJ DOH regulations and survey management
- Must be a Certified Assisted Living Administrator in New Jersey.
