What You'll Do

As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll lead the community's sales efforts by building strong relationships, guiding prospective residents and families through the decision-making process, and executing strategies that drive occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive occupancy by managing the entire sales process from lead generation through move-in.

• Conduct community tours, presentations, and personalized consultations with prospective residents and families.

• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, senior organizations, financial and legal professionals, and other community partners.

• Represent the community at networking events, local organizations, and outreach activities.

• Plan and execute marketing events that generate qualified leads and increase community awareness.

• Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to achieve occupancy goals.

• Maintain accurate lead tracking and reporting within the CRM system.

• Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to support resident satisfaction and retention.

• Monitor sales performance, conversion metrics, and marketing effectiveness while identifying opportunities for growth.

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of outside sales experience required.

• Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or other service-related sales experience strongly preferred.

• Proven ability to build relationships, network, and close sales.

• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

• Ability to travel locally for networking events, meetings, and community outreach.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
