Distinctive Landscaping is looking for an experienced Crew Leader to join our growing team in Federalsburg, Maryland.
This is a full-time position paying $26–$30/hour, depending on experience.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable leading a crew while working hands-on in the field.
Qualifications include:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of pruning, mulching, landscaping, and grounds maintenance
• Experience operating zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, and other 2-cycle equipment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
