Commercial Plow and Snow Removal
Reports to: Foreman of the Installation Crew
Pay Range: $21-$23/hour, 1.5x On-Call Pay
Days and Hours:
November-March: On-call snow removal (sidewalks and commercial plowing). Snow removal includes early and late hours with time and a half pay. Based in Charlotte but service in Burlington for snow removal.
March-November: Opportunity to Join Landscaping Crew: Residential landscape and hardscape installation.
Plow Responsibilities:
- Responsive to team, including planning ahead of storms
- Efficiently clear sidewalks/driveways for safe travel
- Operate machinery (either F350 with plow and sander, or tractor with snow blower and sander) or manual removal with shovel or backpack snow blower
