Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Holiday Inn standards and recipes.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and presented attractively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience as a line cook preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Competitive pay: $19.50 - $21.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
