Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation when needed
- Adapt to changing menu items and special dietary requests with flexibility and professionalism
- Minimum of (2) years culinary experience
- Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in related filed (i.e. culinary arts) preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Competitive pay of $19.50 - $21.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly
