Guest Service Agent

As a Guest Service Agent at Hampton Inn Boston-Natick, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. You will assist with check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest inquiries, and help maintain a clean and inviting lobby environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Handle phone calls, reservations, and provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk and lobby area.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
  
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel software systems.
• Availability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
