Breakfast Line Cook (AM)

Hilton Mystic is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Breakfast Line Cook (AM) to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of breakfast items, ensuring high quality and consistency to provide an exceptional guest experience. You will work early morning shifts to support our breakfast service, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to Hilton Mystic’s recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner to meet service demands.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and cooking stations.
• Monitor inventory and notify management of supply needs.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure excellent guest service.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook or similar culinary role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of breakfast food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work early morning shifts reliably.
• Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
