Pay
- $27–$33/hour (depending on experience and license)

Days:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
Start time:
4:00 AM (8–9 hour shifts)
Route:
Local deliveries throughout the Fargo area
Key responsibilities include:
- Follow written standard work and meet cycle times for each task
- Deliver product on time and in the same condition it left LBR
- Follow delivery instructions and place product where requested
- Return any product that is refused or needs to come back
- Maintain an accurate driver manifest and correct errors after they impact customers
- Operate E-logs to meet DOT requirements
- Use routing software on a handheld device
- Complete DOT daily vehicle inspections on a handheld device
- Recommend process improvements related to safety, quality, and productivity
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain awareness of safety hazards
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs

Qualifications
