Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Clover POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
- Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management promptly
- Ensure responsible serving practice
Experience
- Previous experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills
- Familiarity with food handling, food safety protocols, and beverage preparation techniques
- Experience using Clover POS system for sales transactions
- Knowledge of the food industry’s best practices in hospitality, catering, brewing, or retail math is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming environments for diverse guests
- Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately while maintaining professionalism during busy hours
