Associate Veterinarian – General Practice (Surgery Optional)
Location: Lancaster
I’m currently partnering with a large, privately owned animal hospital that is looking to add an Associate Veterinarian to their team. About the Role:
- Provide high-quality general practice care to small animals
- Perform exams, diagnostics, and develop treatment plans
- Opportunity to perform surgery if interested—but not required
- Work alongside a larger, collaborative team of veterinarians

What They’re Looking For:
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Active (or eligible) state veterinary license
- Interest in general practice medicine
- Open to all experience levels—mentorship available and encouraged
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
