You'll work on matters including:
- Workers' Compensation Defense
- Employer & Insurance Carrier Representation
- Compensability and Coverage Disputes
- Hearings before the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission
- Claims Investigation & Litigation Strategy
- Settlement Negotiations & Mediation
- Providing practical legal advice to employers, insurers, and self-insured businesses
What they're looking for:
- Active South Carolina Bar admission
- 2–10 years of Workers' Compensation or insurance defense litigation experience
- Experience representing employers or insurance carriers preferred
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills
- A proactive attorney looking to continue developing their practice
