We’re helping a long-established full-service CPA firm, with over 70 years in the business. They’re looking for a Tax Accountant to join their growing team. While the firm has deep roots, it’s recently been through a full rebuild — modern leadership, new systems, and a clear vision for the future. With a shift from seven partners to just two, there’s now more room than ever for you to step up and take ownership.
This role is great for someone who wants more than a typical management position. The firm is looking for a tax expert who’s ready to help shape their internal processes, and grow with a company that genuinely values initiative. There’s no corporate red tape here — strong performers have a clear path to more responsibility and advancement.
The work is well-rounded, with a mix of tax planning, reviews, and a variety of client work including audits and compilations. The firm uses AdvanceFlow and continues to invest in technology to make day-to-day work more efficient. Team culture leans collaborative and down-to-earth, with an emphasis on keeping things manageable — even during busy season, which is still being shaped.
The position is hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week in their office in Parsippany NJ.
