Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, shareholder actions, business torts, and trade secret matters
• Manage cases from intake through trial or resolution, including discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
• Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and mediations
• Provide strategic counsel and risk analysis to business clients
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions

Qualifications:

Required:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Pennsylvania Bar license
• 3–10 years of experience in commercial or business litigation
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters independently

Preferred:

• New Jersey Bar admission
• Experience with financial disputes, corporate governance, or employment litigation
• Trial or arbitration experience
