Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, shareholder actions, business torts, and trade secret matters
- Manage cases from intake through trial or resolution, including discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
- Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and mediations
- Provide strategic counsel and risk analysis to business clients
- Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
Qualifications:
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Pennsylvania Bar license
- 3–10 years of experience in commercial or business litigation
- Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters independently
Preferred:
- New Jersey Bar admission
- Experience with financial disputes, corporate governance, or employment litigation
- Trial or arbitration experience
