You’ll work 40 hours outside busy season, with peak weeks capped at 60, and you'll earn incentive bonuses for the extra hours you put in. The partners are hiring ahead of demand to give the team breathing room. Your reward for getting everything done shouldn’t just be another pile of work.

You’ll be primarily office based in Dover, surrounded by colleagues who share the work and ask each other questions, with flexibility to work from home when life needs it.
