Day to day you’ll be getting involved heavily in review of S-Corps & Partnerships, providing tax consulting support with some minimal complex prep and managing a small team.
With just over 30 staff and five Partners, this is a boutique firm where you’ll be heavily focused on review work.
There’s a clear Partner track if that’s something you want to work toward, but equally, if you’re happy to stay at Manager level for a while, that works for them too. There’s no pressure to fit into a rigid timeline.
Work-life balance is where this firm really stands out. During busy season, you can expect around 45–50 hours, and anything over 40 can either be taken back as additional PTO or paid out as an end-of-year bonus.
