Position Overview
A leading Greensboro firm is looking to add a skilled Litigation Paralegal to support its expanding litigation team (3 years of experience) to join its Greensboro office. Key Responsibilities
Manage pleadings, discovery, and overall case file organization
Prepare exhibits, court filings, briefs, and trial materials
Handle discovery processes, including document production and subpoenas
File documents in state and federal courts (including e-filing)
Maintain case calendars and track critical deadlines
Support trial preparation and case strategy
Coordinate with clients, experts, and court personnel
Assist with advanced case management and administrative tasks
Qualifications
3 years of litigation paralegal experience (law firm experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures
Experience with e-filing systems and litigation support tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
Experience with e-discovery platforms is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Paralegal certification or equivalent experience preferred
