This is a Fort Lauderdale general liability defense role for someone who wants strong litigation work, a better commute, and a firm where you can build without feeling like you have wandered into a permanent emergency.
The work includes premises liability, auto negligence, bodily injury, negligent security, wrongful death, and wider civil defense litigation.
You’ll have real file responsibility, client contact, discovery, depositions, hearings, and the chance to keep developing as a litigator.
The cases will not all be glamorous. Litigation rarely is. But the role can be a very good career move.
