Construction Attorney

$130,000–$190,000 DOE
I’m working with a respected North Carolina law firm that’s looking to add an experienced attorney to its construction litigation practice.
This role is ideal for a litigator who wants more ownership of their matters, stronger client exposure, and the opportunity to handle complex construction disputes from start to finish.
The practice covers a broad range of matters, including construction defects, contract and payment disputes, contractor/subcontractor claims, liability matters, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
They’re looking for someone with:
- Active North Carolina Bar admission
- 2 years of litigation experience
- Construction litigation experience preferred
- Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach to case management
