A long-established civil litigation boutique in Downtown Dallas is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney who wants meaningful courtroom experience and a clear path to partnership.
This is an opportunity to join a firm that genuinely tries cases and provides hands-on mentorship from experienced trial lawyers.
What You’ll Work On
You'll handle a broad general liability defense docket. Matters will include:
- Premises liability
- Products liability
- Transportation
- Construction defects
- Exposure to a variety of industries and substantive litigation work

- Work directly with a partner who has conducted 70 jury trials
- Real courtroom exposure, not just paper litigation
- Opportunities to argue motions, take and defend depositions, handle hearings, participate in trial preparation and trials

Experience Required
- 5 years of civil litigation experience
