This is an opportunity to join a specialist CPA firm focused on Common Interest Realty Associations (CIRAs), including homeowners associations (HOAs), condominium associations and co-ops.
It's a business that's built its success around doing one thing exceptionally well, and is now expanding nationally through organic growth and acquisitions.
They're looking for an Accounting Manager to take ownership of the internal accounting function and help build the financial infrastructure needed to support that growth.
You'll report directly to the CEO, so your work will have a real impact on how the business operates.
You'll manage the month-end close, oversee multi-entity accounting and consolidations, support the integration of acquired businesses and improve financial reporting.
And rather than simply maintaining existing processes, you'll have the opportunity to make them better as the business grows.

You'll need an active CPA licence, strong US GAAP knowledge and experience managing month-end close and financial reporting.
Experience with multi-entity accounting, acquisitions or private equity-backed businesses would be particularly useful.
And while the firm specialises in CIRAs, you don't need previous HOA or condominium accounting experience. This is an internal finance role, so your ability to manage the accounting function and support a growing business is what matters most.
