This role is a startup within a company environment, blending the security of an established business with the autonomy of building something new.Pipeline Generation: Spearhead the commercial growth by aggressively prospecting and cold calling to build a robust pipeline from zero.Solution Selling: Conduct site visits, understand facility/project needs, and present engineered polyurea/polyaspartic solutions to solve client challenges.Relationship Management: Target and establish strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, including Facilities Managers, Property Managers, and Commercial General Contractors (GCs).Close Business: Execute a consultative sales process to overcome objections, negotiate terms, and consistently close new business.What Sets Us Apart?
