What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Designer position at Disruptive?
Who We Are
At Disruptive Studio, we don't do "ordinary." We build brands that demand attention and leave lasting impressions. Our clients come to us because they want to stand out, break molds, and own their space.
We're strategists, storytellers, and designers who thrive on fresh thinking, bold execution, and the relentless pursuit of what's next. If you want to be part of a team that challenges convention and creates work that actually matters, you're in the right place.
Who You Are
You're not just a designer—you're a brand architect. You understand that every pixel, every layout, and every visual decision is an opportunity to make an impact. You can move between big-picture brand strategy and detail-obsessed execution without missing a beat.
You know when to work within the lines of a brand's identity, but also when to push beyond the expected—because you get that great design isn't just about looking good. It's about creating something unforgettable.
You have killer instincts, a sharp eye, and the ability to make brands feel powerful, cohesive, and effortless across every touchpoint.
Collaboration is at the core of what we do. You'll work closely with our leadership team, management, and fellow creatives to develop branding that is strategic, cohesive, and built for impact.
One more thing: you move. Agency pace at Disruptive means juggling multiple projects, hitting deadlines that don't move, and shipping polished work under real pressure. If your best work happens when you have unlimited time and a quiet room, this isn't the right fit. If you get energy from momentum and pride from shipping — keep reading.
What You'll Do
This role is execution-heavy. The majority of your time will be high-quality campaign and marketing work within established brand systems for our anchor client. The rest is brand-build work for our growing roster. If you take pride in shipping great work within a system and get fired up when bigger creative challenges come — you'll thrive here.
