Role Description
Disruptive Brands is looking for a TikTok genius who lives and breathes the platform to help us scale our TikTok Shop operations across our brand portfolio. This is not a general social media role -- we need someone who understands TikTok Shop mechanics, affiliate programs, and what it actually takes to drive GMV through creator content.
You'll own the affiliate outreach pipeline, manage creator relationships, and help build the systems that scale our shops. If you've driven revenue through TikTok Shop, or know exactly how to, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
• Own TikTok Shop affiliate outreach: sourcing, vetting, onboarding, gifting, and managing creators at scale
• Identify top-performing TikTok Shop affiliates in the health, wellness, and personal care space
• Build and manage a growing roster of affiliates across Revive MD and Onside
• Monitor affiliate content output, GMV, and performance: track everything in a CRM
• Brief creators on product positioning, hooks, and content angles that convert
• Stay ahead of TikTok Shop algorithm changes, trending formats, and what's actually driving sales
• Work with the ops team to manage product seeding and fulfillment logistics
• Identify top-performing content for paid amplification
• Help build the playbook so the affiliate program can scale without bottlenecks
What We're Looking For
• You understand TikTok Shop deeply, not just as a viewer but as someone who knows how the algorithm, affiliate program, and GMV mechanics actually work
• You've either run a TikTok Shop, driven affiliate sales, or managed creator programs that produced measurable results
• You know what makes a TikTok product video convert: hooks, pacing, CTAs, authenticity
• Strong outreach skills, you can build relationships with creators quickly and professionally
• Organized and data-driven, you track what's working and cut what isn't
• Self-starter who doesn't need to be managed into action
• Bonus: existing relationships with TikTok Shop creators or affiliates in health and wellness
• Bonus: experience with Kalodata, Euka, TikTok Seller Center, or affiliate management tools
