We own two manufacturing companies in the experiential marketing space. Displayit is a 25-year old manufacturer of trade show displays and business signage. We have a strong reputation in the industry with time-tested products. Displayit is based in Buford, GA.
Our sister company, PG Exhibits, is a leading exhibit house offering in-house production of trade show booths and event planning services. Displayit bought PG Exhibits in May of 2023. PG Exhibits is also 25 years old. The headquarters / production facility is in Aurora, CO and there is a satellite facility in Dallas, TX.

- Experience managing a digital marketing agency and a marketing budget, both in performance marketing (paid ads) & creative production.
- A digital marketing expert with deep proficiency in paid search, SEO, email marketing, social media and CRM

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for driving sales and qualified leads through all marketing channels, with an emphasis on paid search and SEO. This individual will shape our marketing strategy and tactics own the successful execution on a day-to-day basis. The Director of Marketing / team / agency would primarily focus on Displayit, especially in the first six months. Over time, the role / team / agency would launch demand generation efforts to support customer acquisition at PG.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Within the context of our company goals, and with input from the Business Unit Leaders, set the marketing strategy and manage the implementation of all tactics
- Digital Marketing: Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, social media, paid search and etc.. to drive customer acquisition and engagement
- Reporting and Analytics: Responsible for marketing channel, pipeline, and attribution reporting; implement analytics, dashboards, and ROI analysis to optimize performance and drive insights.
- Demand Generation: Partner with Sales to drive the creation and implementation of lead generation and conversion strategies to drive sales growth
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives
- Provide guidance, direction, and oversight to our digital marketing partner, to drive profitable sales across all efforts in the most efficient ways

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Eight plus years of marketing experience
- Proven success developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and managing campaigns
- Strong digital marketing expertise with a track record of leveraging digital channels effectively
- Strong understanding of agency expectations and industry benchmarks, and comfortable partnering with agency partners to deliver strong results
Location: The job is a hybrid position; remote could be a possibility
Salary : $74,700 - $94,600
