What You’ll Get To Do:
Reporting to our Maintenance Manager, this is an on-site, non-exempt position. The organized, self-motivated, individual in this position is responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment such as pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines/equipment.
- Troubleshoots and repairs production machinery/equipment such as pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, production machines/equipment, racking systems, etc.
- Adjusts functional parts of devices and control systems/instruments
- Repairs and/or replaces defective parts
- Installs special functional and structural parts in devices/machines
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 or more years mechanical maintenance experience in a production environment maintaining production equipment (thermoforming experience preferred)
- Reads and understands electrical diagrams and blueprints
- Programs and understands PLCs
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
