Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Managerto oversee the daily operations of our hospitality and food service establishment. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all restaurant or food service operations, including casual dining, fine dining, catering, bar services, and banquet functions.
- Oversee food preparation processes, kitchen management, and food safety compliance to ensure high-quality standards.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling procedures.
- Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure consistent product availability.
- Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Implement staff scheduling and shift management to optimize productivity while maintaining excellent customer experiences.
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring decisions to build a competent team aligned with company standards.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and oversee cost control initiatives to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation practices across all departments.
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, leadership development, and continuous improvement.
- Handle customer complaints effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels and uphold the establishment’s reputation.
Skills
- Proven management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector; supervisory experience is essential.

- Strong leadership abilities with experience in staff training & development, team management, and interviewing candidates.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence across casual dining, fine dining, catering, or bar environments.
- Ability to manage inventory control efficiently while adhering to food safety regulations.
- Experience in shift management, budgeting, food production oversight, and food safety compliance.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software tools; background in hospitality management preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced settings such as quick service & fast-food restaurants or hotel environments.
