What are the responsibilities and job description for the East Coast Enterprise Sales position at Dispatch Goods?
East Coast Enterprise Sales
DMV, Baltimore, Delaware, Pennsylvania, or NYC
About the Role
Dispatch Goods is building the infrastructure to support the transition away from single-use packaging through a seamless reusable packaging system that's better, cheaper, and greener. We’re growing our East Coast sales team and looking for someone scrappy, climate-driven, relentless, down-to-earth, and analytical — someone who can command a room, follow through, and excel at whatever they take on. Former founders, athletes, and consultants encouraged. We can teach the food service industry and circular economy; we can’t teach grit.
What You’ll Do
Build top-of-funnel momentum through targeted outreach, networking, and drop-ins. Identify champions and decision-makers at target accounts (hospitals, offices, campuses, and partners like Compass Group, Sodexo, and Aramark). Own the full sales cycle: tailored proposals, negotiation, and close, as well as scale-up. Collaborate with leadership to refine the playbook, share market insights, and hit quarterly and annual targets.
What We’re Looking For
Top 10% performer with 2–10 years in B2B sales (industry experience not required). Proven ability to develop account strategies, navigate complex organizations, and build cost-savings proposals. Strong communicator and relationship-builder. Bonus: bachelor’s degree, early-stage startup experience, or VC/PE-backed company background.
You Might Be a Fit If
You’ve built something from scratch, hate waste, love problem solving, and get energy from being around people.
What You’ll Learn
Everything needed to become a reuse expert — the carbon, water, and waste case for reuse; food operations; and how a scaled reuse operation runs.
What We Offer
A mission-driven team, real ownership and impact, growth into leadership, competitive salary and benefits, and the chance to build something that actually matters. We are backed by leading climate investors so you'll have a front row seat to scaling an early growth start-up to a national powerhouse.
