The Schedule (Full-Time)
- Training Period: Monday - Friday | 2:45 PM - 10:45 PM
- Permanent 1st Shift: Wednesday - Sunday | 6:45 AM - 2:45 PM (Enjoy your "weekend" every Monday and Tuesday!)
What You’ll Be Doing
Instead of just "pushing paper," you’ll be at the heart of our operations:
- Emergency Response: Activating protocols when alarm signals are received.
- The Calm Voice: Answering multiple lines and providing professional, compassionate assistance to clients during stressful moments.
- Coordination: Working directly with fire marshals, field technicians, and first responders to ensure help is on the way.
- Access Control: Managing gate access for secure communities and verifying authorized parties.
What We’re Looking For
We need a dependable team player who is professional, courteous, and ready to stay focused during an 8-hour shift.
The Requirements:
- Age: 18 with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Licensing: Must be able to pass background requirements to be licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Division. (Please review the disqualifying criminal offenses here: https://www.dps.texas.gov/sites/default/files/documents/rsd/psb/docs/psStatutesAndRules2024.pdf)
- Communication: Strong verbal skills and the ability to type 35 WPM.
- Commitment: Must be available for weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
- Local: Ability to interview and work in person at our north San Antonio facility.
