Individuals assigned to the Gardener position are responsible for providing ongoing landscape maintenance for the Disneyland® Resort properties and completing work in a safe and efficient manner.
Basic Qualifications :
Those assigned to the Gardener position are required to attend an annual Hearing Conservation Training class. They are also required to submit to an annual audiometric exam.

The pay rate for this role in California is $28.13 to $35.34 per hour, which follows the pay scale agreed upon in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered. Basic Qualifications :
- You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
- Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, any shift (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) including holidays, and must be open to any days off
- Previous experience performing daily and routine landscape maintenance including, but not limited to soil and planter preparation, planting, spent-flower removal, pruning, monitoring general plant health and proper irrigation
- Casual gardening and maintenance for neighbors or one’s own home yard is not sufficient
