Responsibilities :
Our Disney PhotoPass Cast Members provide Guests with the opportunity to capture their experiences at the Disneyland Resort by taking high-quality photos with the latest in digital photography technology. These Cast Members are responsible for proactively approaching Guests to offer photo opportunities. They also inform Guests of the variety of services available through Photo Imaging. Our Cast work at both indoor and outdoor locations and must carry photography equipment. Other responsibilities may include hosting at a photo location, answering guest questions, and demonstrating how to use the Disneyland App.

Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.

Basic Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years of age
- Enthusiastic about delivering great guest experience and capturing happiness through photography
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Able to work outdoors with the public in all types of weather (heat, rain, wind, etc.)
- Prolonged standing for 2 to 3 hours at a time
- Strong verbal communication skills and willing to engage with guests
- Can complete repetitious tasks while maintaining quality Able to operate camera controls and navigate its menu options
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual
- Previous customer service experience Basic understanding of photography and previous experience with digital cameras

- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events
- This role is Part Time and requires full availability from after 5pm Fri, all day Saturday and all day Sunday, including nights and holidays.
- This role requires full availability for training.
