Job Summary:
The Transportation Services Associate role at Golden Oak is responsible for providing the highest level of service to the Residents of Golden Oak. They drive Residents, and their Guests, to/from their private homes to various locations on the Walt Disney World Resort property, as well as select locations throughout Central Florida. The Transportation Services Associate works closely with other members of the Golden Oak team to ensure a seamless experience for all Golden Oak Residents.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide safe, timely, and efficient transportation to and from locations on Disney property using Golden Oak dedicated transportation vehicles.
Work closely in a team environment made up of multiple departments within the Golden Oak Operation (Club Member Services, Events, Food & Beverage) to provide exceptional service to the Golden Oak Residents and their Guests.
Safely maintain a fleet of vehicles and assist with any unique request from the Club Member Services team to maintain appropriate service levels at the Golden Oak Clubhouse.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven knowledge of the Walt Disney World Property and Central Florida area
Five (5) years of holding a valid State of Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be at least 21 years of age due to licensed driving requirements
Receptive to random drug and alcohol testing
Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment
Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
Demonstrated strong Guest Service skills
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication and listening skills
Demonstrated strong ability to handle confidential information
Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to develop effective partnerships
Part Time requires full availability for any shift, a Minimum of three (3) days per week, Including Nights and Holidays
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Class B Commercial License
Demonstrated strong partnering skills
Willingness to learn new software applications
Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
One (1) year of Walt Disney World Experience
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High school degree or equivalent
