Job Summary:
Have you ever dreamed of making magic at the Walt Disney World Resort? We are looking for 3rd Shift - Resort Bell Services Cast Members. In this role, you would create magic for our Guests staying at the Walt Disney World Resort! As a Disney Resort Bellperson you will provide timely and personalized service to Guests. The Disney Resort Bellperson will welcome and assist Guests with their luggage throughout their Resort stay. The Disney Resort Bellperson will also transport Walt Disney World Guests throughout property driving passenger vans, cars or pargos.
The pay rate for this role in Florida is $10.98 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Use a SmartPhone device
- Transport luggage to Guest rooms
- Prolonged standing during peak operational hours to include indoor and outdoor settings
- Physical role requiring heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling
- Maintain discretion and Guest confidentiality
- Take ownership during emergencies situations
- Adaptability to the fluctuating needs of our operations
- Passion and knowledge of Disney Products
- Additional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, etc.) may be required
- Cast members may be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Cast members may be required to utilize bell carts to transport guest luggage and hand trucks to take luggage to 2nd floors without the use of an elevator
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
- Valid Driver's License
- Maintain safety of our Guests while operating vehicles, including with passenger
- Knowledge of routes & roadways to destinations within the Walt Disney World Resort®, including Theme Parks, Water Parks, Resorts, and Disney Springs
- Verbal and interpersonal communications skills
- Operate and communicate using a radio
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- Part Time roles require full availability for any shift, a MINIMUM of three (3) days per week, including nights and holidays
- Full Time roles require Full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior resort experience at a Walt Disney World Resort or Disney Vacation Club Resort
- Bilingual
Additional Information:
SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION
