Job Summary:
Mail Center Messengers support the Disneyland® Resort by ensuring the secure, accurate, and timely movement of mail and packages across on-site and off-site locations. This role is essential to maintaining confidentiality, supporting internal Guests, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly across a large, multi-location resort environment.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve, secure, sort, and process inbound and outgoing mail and packages
- Support required mail screening, tracking, and accountability procedures
- Deliver and collect mail across resort, hotel, and approved off-site locations
- Process outgoing mail using postage and tracking systems
- Provide Mail Center phone, service window, and internal Guest support
- Maintain operational logs, inventory, and organized work areas
- Assist with route coverage and other operational support as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
- Possess a valid CA driver's license and a good driving record
- Comfortable driving a mid-size SUV and Personal Transport Vehicle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven teamwork skills, with the ability to also work independently
- Strong internal Guest service mindset and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
- Commitment to following established safety and security procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-volume mail, logistics, distribution, or delivery operations
- Familiarity with accountable or secure materials handling
- Experience working in a large campus, hospitality, or multi-site environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn mail tracking and postage systems
