What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Programmatic Activation position at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products?

You will oversee programmatic campaign management activities including campaign setup, process documentation, tag and line item QA, performance reporting, and billing reconciliation. You will also lead budget pacing reviews and recommendations to help us spend out each month and improve performance.

You have previous digital advertising experience, especially in display, streaming, and audio. It is a huge plus if you have prior self-service experience with demand-side platforms (DSP) and active campaign management.

This is a Full-Time role

You will:

  • Build, QA, and monitor Programmatic media campaigns in the DSP

  • Ensure Programmatic campaigns are created and implemented in DSPs according to our best practice

  • Support budget changes and pacing management to help us spend out each month

  • Run self-service campaigns in DSPs, optimizing toward our performance goals

  • Handle daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions, regarding tracking and status of several campaigns

  • Develop partner-facing campaign performance reports

  • Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to learn new strategies for optimization and enhancement

You Will have:

  • 1 years of digital advertising experience

  • Knowledge of programmatic buying, DSPs, and the wider digital landscape

  • Self-service experience using DV360, Verizon DSP, Amazon Advertising Platform, and The Trade Desk or other DSPs is a huge plus

  • Familiarity with how websites and online ads work

  • Understand basic fundamentals of digital ad serving and ad servers

  • Abundance of curiosity in your work and life

  • Passion for online advertising technology

  • Mathematical skills and an interest to apply this in your work; advanced statistics or finance knowledge is a huge plus

Required Education

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience; Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance is a plus

The hiring range for this position in [location] is $68,400.00 to $94,050.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
