What You Will Do:

The Principal Product Manager serves as a strategic architect and visionary leader for the Licensing Financial and Artificial Intelligence ecosystems across the global Disney Consumer Products (DCP) segment. This role transcends day-to-day execution to orchestrate multi-year technical roadmaps, driving high-stakes alignment between global executive stakeholders and technology partners to unify business objectives under a singular enterprise vision. As a primary catalyst for innovation, you will lead comprehensive change management frameworks and ecosystem-wide transformations, ensuring the organization is structurally and culturally prepared to leverage next-generation AI platforms and automated financial workflows.

  • Lead Portfolio Prioritization: Lead portfolio-level prioritization efforts, navigating complex trade-offs, managing dependencies across multiple initiatives, and aligning diverse stakeholders to critical strategic outcomes.
  • Cultivate Executive Relationships: Cultivate and leverage executive-level relationships with a broad spectrum of strategic partners including product, engineering, data, design, commercial, and customer support leadership, acting as a trusted advisor and consensus builder.
  • Strategic Governance: Translate complex global finance, revenue accounting, and AI goals into a high-level technology roadmap. You will negotiate priorities among executive stakeholders to ensure a balance between innovation and fiscal integrity.
  • Change Management & Adoption: Orchestrate the global launch and change management plans for next-generation features. You will oversee the creation of training programs to drive product adoption across all regions.
