Island Operations Manager
This role serves as the shoreside liaison for Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay operations, providing critical support and leadership.
The Island Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of island operations, including:
- Providing shore support for location operating guidelines, service execution, and future offerings coordination
- Supporting the Manager, Island Operations in coordinating and executing island operations across various departments
- Partnering with shore-based lines of business to support island operations, including Disney Cruise Line's Safety, Security, and Environmental Policy and Compliance
The successful candidate will possess:
- Knowledge of purchasing and logistics, process execution, food safety practices, and facility management
- Ability to build effective relationships with key partners, vendors, and industry organizations
- Capacity to travel at least 50% of the year and work outside regular business hours
Requirements include:
- 5 years of experience in Island Resort Operation or Shipboard Operation
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent experience
