What are the responsibilities and job description for the Purchasing Coordinator position at Dismex Food Inc.?
We are a food distributor looking to bring on a Purchasing Coordinator.
This position is responsible for managing inbound logistics and handling POs with vendors. This is an in person position during regular office hours Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound Logistics with Vendors and Carriers
- Handle communication with vendors regarding all Purchase Orders
- Communicate daily with sales team about the products, status of orders
- Perform the RMA process to procure replacement products from manufacturers and vendors or refunds
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and vendors
- Perform general clerical office duties
Requirements:
- Bilingual, must be fluent in Spanish and English written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and willingness to learn internal system
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
