Key Responsibilities
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages or excess
- Ensure proper stock rotation to minimize obsolescence
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions
- Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders
- Inspect materials for damage or defects
- Unload, unpack, and store inventory in designated locations
- Prepare outgoing shipments including picking, packing, and labeling
- Complete all shipping documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Organize inventory to maximize space and efficiency
- Ensure proper labeling and identification of all items
- Support ongoing warehouse cleanliness and maintenance
- Enter and maintain inventory data in tracking systems
- Generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and discrepancies
- Review data to identify trends and potential issues
Education and Experience:
- Valid driver’s license in the state of employment, with a driving record that meets DISH safety standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs regularly and up to 125 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification as required)
- Ability to work independently while supporting team operations
- Proficient with basic computer systems and inventory tracking tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
