Dish Society in Memorial is on the lookout for friendly, fast-paced, people-loving team members to join our front-of-house crew. Whether you're slinging lattes, running food, or just making someone’s day with a smile, this role is all about bringing great service and great energy to the table.

We’re fast casual—meaning guests order at the counter, grab their own drinks, and enjoy an elevated experience without the white tablecloths. Add in our seasonal chef-driven menu, stellar coffee program, and weekend brunch that has a fanbase of its own... you get the picture.

What Does a Cashier Do at Dish Society?
At Dish Society, cashiers are way more than order-takers—they’re the face of the guest experience and the heart of our front-of-house team.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Greet every guest with energy, warmth, and genuine hospitality

• Take accurate orders and input them into the POS system efficiently

• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions like a pro

• Run food, make drinks, bus and reset tables as needed

• Craft coffee and non-alcoholic beverages to spec

• Restock utensils, cups, sauces, and to-go supplies

• Keep FOH areas clean, organized, and guest-ready

• Treat every patio pup like a VIP—yes, there are dog treats 🐾

• Communicate with your team and jump in to help wherever needed

• Keep things flowing smoothly to minimize wait times and maximize guest satisfaction

The Details:

• Start at $13/hr during training

• Once trained, earn base pay tips

• Full-time and part-time roles available

• Must have weekend availability

• We’re big on cross-training and internal growth
