Position Title: Injection Molding/Hot Stamping Operator
Job Status: Full-Time Second Shift
Position Overview
The Injection Molding/Hot Stamping Operator is responsible for supporting the production of molded products by operating equipment, monitoring quality, and completing packaging and material handling tasks. This role plays a key part in maintaining production flow, meeting daily output goals, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and able to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate injection molding/Hot Stamping equipment and follow production procedures.
- Monitor product output and perform visual inspections for defects or inconsistencies.
- Complete packaging, labeling, and staging of finished product.
- Maintain accurate production counts and report issues to supervisors.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist with material handling and support production flow as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and consistent quality focus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
Working Conditions
- Full-time, on-site manufacturing role.
- Standing, repetitive motion, and production pace required.
