Job description:
Discovery Support Services LLC (DSS), a federal human capital consulting firm, seeks a Data Analytics Integrator supporting an Army National Guard Human Resources Office in Marietta, GA (full-time, on-site).
You will design, build, and maintain Power BI products integrating HR and budget data: vacancy and time-to-fill projections, leave/pay accuracy tracking, awards/QSI dashboards, status-of-funds reporting, and multi-year workforce forecasting.
- Required: 3 years building Power BI dashboards and data models (ETL across multiple source systems); experience with federal HR or financial systems; U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a federal background check for installation access.
- Strongly preferred: DCPDS, GFEBS, or FTSMCS experience; National Guard full-time support (Technician/AGR) or Army HRO/G1 background.
Experience:
- Power BI dashboard/data model development: 3 years (Preferred)
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
