We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Care/Med Tech to join our healthcare team. This vital role involves providing high-quality care and medical support to our residents during the night shift from 7pm to 7am. Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring proper dosages and adherence to medication schedules.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare staff.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Provide support with mobility and transfers, using appropriate techniques and equipment as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided and medications administered.
• Respond promptly and effectively to resident calls and emergencies.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care plans.
• Uphold resident confidentiality and comply with all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification as a Medication Technician or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
