Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to)
Providing interim and long term HR support
Staff recruitment, tools and resource allocation
Ensuring HR compliance and conducting audits
Designing and implementing HR technology solutions
Conducting compensation studies and market analysis
Managing and administering employee benefits
Staff management and organizational development
