Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through engaging educational activities. You will work closely with children aged 0-5 years, implementing lesson plans that promote literacy, math skills, and overall childhood development. Your expertise in early childhood education will help shape the learning experiences of our students.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages social interaction and emotional growth.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Assess and monitor children's progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and development.
- Create inclusive lesson plans that accommodate children with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum or with other disabilities.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Experience
- Experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings.
- Strong skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and behavior management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
