Position Overview:
As a Business Development Agent, you will play a critical role in driving sales and customer engagement. This role requires managing a high volume of customer interactions daily through phone calls, emails, and text messages using the eLeads CRM system. Additionally, you will be responsible for engaging customers who visit the store and conducting the initial part of the sales process when the sales team is unavailable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Outreach:
- Make at least 100 phone calls daily to potential customers and existing leads.
- Send at least 25 emails daily to engage prospects and nurture relationships.
- Deliver at least 50 text messages daily to connect with leads and provide personalized follow-ups.
- Customer Engagement:
- Engage customers who visit the store, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
- Conduct the initial part of the sales process, including identifying customer needs, gathering information, and introducing them to the dealership’s offerings, when the sales team is unavailable.
- Build rapport with prospects by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- CRM Management:
- Utilize the eLeads CRM system to track and document all interactions with leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer data, conversations, and follow-up schedules.
- Monitor lead progress and update statuses as appropriate.
- Performance Metrics:
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.
- Actively contribute to the achievement of team sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development (automotive industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency with CRM systems (eLeads experience a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of motivation and the ability to handle rejection positively.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
